Gym with Me – Sauro Gardenal
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Gym with Me. By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.
Services Offered
Gym with Me provides the following services:
Online live personal training sessions
Online training programmes (4-week duration)
In-person personal training at your home
In-person personal training at gym facilities
Partner / shared training sessions
Online nutritional consultations
Personalised nutrition plans
All services are provided as described on the website at the time of purchase.
Online Live Personal Training
Online live sessions are delivered in real time and last approximately 60 minutes.
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
Adequate space to train safely
Suitable equipment where required
A stable and reliable internet connection
Coaching and instruction are provided live; however, you remain fully responsible for exercising safely in your own environment and within your personal limits.
Online Session Blocks
Single online sessions are valid only for the booked date and time.
Blocks of 4 or 8 online sessions must be used within one calendar month from the date of the first session, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Unused sessions that fall outside this period will expire and are non-refundable.
You may book any number of sessions per week. Any example weekly structures shown on the website are provided for guidance only.
Online Programming (4-Week Programme)
Online training programmes are delivered via a shared Excel document.
You are responsible for:
Logging sessions accurately
Providing regular feedback
Programmes are reviewed and adjusted weekly based on performance, recovery, and goals.
This service does not include live supervision. You are responsible for performing all exercises safely and appropriately.
In-Person Training – Home Sessions
Home training sessions last approximately:
75 minutes for one-to-one sessions
120 minutes for partner sessions
A travel fee may apply for in-person home training sessions. This is determined by factors including location, travel time, parking availability, and associated costs.
As a general guide, for locations within Greater London, the travel fee is typically between £10 and £15 per session, but this amount may vary.
The exact travel fee will always be confirmed and agreed in advance of booking. No additional travel charges will be applied without prior agreement.
You are responsible for providing a safe, suitable, and unobstructed space for training.
Single home sessions are valid only for the booked date and time.
Blocks of 4 home sessions (one-to-one or partner) must be used within one calendar month from the date of the first session, unless agreed otherwise in advance.

In-Person Training – Gym Sessions
Gym-based training sessions last approximately 75 minutes.
Single gym sessions are valid only for the booked date and time.

Unused sessions that fall outside this period will expire and are non-refundable.
You may book any number of sessions per week. Example weekly structures are provided for guidance only.
For standard one-to-one gym sessions, gym access is included in the session price.
Gym drop-in or facility fees apply only when booking a “Training Together” session and remain the client’s responsibility.
Session Blocks – Purpose & Structure
Session blocks are designed to support consistency, progress, and effective programming. They reward commitment while allowing flexibility in how often you train each week.
Weekly examples shown on the website are illustrative only. You are free to schedule sessions in a way that suits your availability, provided the block is used within the stated timeframe.
Partner / Shared Sessions
Partner sessions involve two participants sharing one session.
Coaching remains personalised; however, attention is shared between participants.
Both participants must agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
Inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, or changes in health before starting and throughout your training
Stop exercising immediately and inform me if you feel unwell, dizzy, or experience pain
Follow coaching guidance to the best of your ability
Wear appropriate clothing and footwear for training
Health & Safety
Exercise carries inherent risk. All training is undertaken at your own discretion.
You are advised to consult a GP or qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have any medical conditions or concerns.
Nutrition Services
Nutrition consultations and personalised nutrition plans are provided for general guidance only.
They do not replace medical, clinical, or dietetic advice.
I do not diagnose, treat, or manage medical conditions.
Payments
All services must be paid for in advance, unless agreed otherwise.
Prices are clearly displayed on the website and may change from time to time.
Payments are non-refundable once a service has started or been delivered, except where required by law.
A service is considered started when:
The first live session has taken place
Access to a programme has been provided
A consultation has begun
Cancellations & Late Arrivals
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any live session.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed entirely, will be counted as used.
If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time.
Holidays, Planned Breaks & Availability
If you or I have a planned holiday or short break during an online or in-person session block, sessions may be paused and resumed rather than forfeited.
Planned breaks must be communicated in advance where possible.
Session blocks may be extended by a reasonable period to allow remaining sessions to be completed.
Extensions are not automatic and are agreed on a case-by-case basis, with fairness to both parties in mind. This clause allows flexibility but does not guarantee indefinite extensions or refunds.
Expiry of Services
Online and in-person session blocks normally expire one month after the first session, subject to the holiday clause above.
Online training programmes conclude at the end of the purchased 4-week period.
Nutrition consultations and personalised nutrition plans are one-off services.
Results
Results vary between individuals and depend on many factors, including consistency, effort, recovery, lifestyle, and genetics. No specific results are guaranteed.
Liability
I take reasonable care in delivering all services. I am not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from activities carried out against guidance or outside the scope of the service, except where required by law.
Behaviour
I reserve the right to end a session or terminate a service if behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful.
Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with UK data protection law and will not be shared without consent, unless required by law.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on the website.
