Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction Welcome to Gym with Me, operated by Sauro Gardenal. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our personal training services. By signing up for my personal training programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Services Provided My personal training services include:

• One-on-One In-Person Personal Training
• Online Coaching and Fitness Plans
• Nutritional Guidance

The scope of each service will be defined in your individual program agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities To ensure the effectiveness and safety of the program, clients must:

• Disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses prior to starting.
• Follow the exercise and nutrition plans to the best of their ability.
• Attend scheduled sessions on time.
• Wear appropriate workout attire and footwear.
• Inform me immediately of any discomfort, pain, or injuries experienced during sessions.

4. Health and Safety Clients agree to train at their own risk. Although I will make every effort to ensure workouts are safe and suitable, I, Sauro Gardenal, am not liable for injuries or health complications resulting from the program unless caused by negligence.

It is strongly recommended that clients consult with their physician before beginning any fitness program.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for session cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiting the session without refund.
• Late Arrivals: If a client arrives late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

6. Payment Policy

• All payments must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• I accept [list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers].
• Payments are non-refundable except in cases where sessions are canceled by me.
• Packages and subscriptions must be used within their validity period as stated at the time of purchase.

7. Refunds and Termination

• Refunds are not offered for unused sessions or for failure to follow the program.
• I reserve the right to terminate a training program if a client violates these terms or demonstrates unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

8. Liability Waiver By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that participating in personal training involves physical activity that carries a risk of injury. You agree to release Sauro Gardenal from liability for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during training sessions.

9. Confidentiality All personal information shared with me will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

10. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to:

• Treat me and the program with respect.
• Follow instructions provided during sessions for their safety.
• Maintain a positive and constructive attitude during training.

11. Amendments to Terms I reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

Agreement Clients will be required to sign a waiver prior to starting any training program with Sauro Gardenal.
